We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. Please let us know if you are not entirely satisfied with our products or our service, so that we can rectify the situation and provide you a better service. 12 Month Warranty
The product with quality problem(Products showing abuse, misuse, alteration or lightning strikes may not be repaired under warranty) within 1 year(from the date you received the item), it can be returned and repaired. If reasonable repairs are not feasible or acceptable, ineSun Store, Inc. may elect to furnish a replacement or make a full refund.
You will need to send the product back to us and pay for the return shipping fee. When we receive the product, we will repair it and ship it back to you with postage paid.
All returns must be boxed and packed securely for shipping. Each box must be accompanied with a return authorization (RA) number. Please place the RA number given to you by ineSun, on two sides of the carton being returned. All returns that do not have RA numbers on them will not be accepted, it is implied that customer agrees to the terms of the Return Policy as stated above.

The products must be returned in new, resalable condition:
Include all original packaging materials.
All manuals and warranty registration cards must be unmarked.
Any programming MUST be reset back to factory default.
Carefully repackage and double-box the merchandise with the RMA number clearly displayed on the outside package.

Our 30-Days Replace Guarantee
The product with quality problem within 30 days(from the date you received the item), it can be returned and replaced.
You will need to send the product back to us and pay for the return shipping fee. When we receive the product, we will replace it with a new one and ship it back to you with postage paid.
Return and Partial Refund Policy
Because of the high international shipping fee, and most of pictures on inesun.com are taken by ourself with real products. So we do not give you a full refund for return products without quality problems, such as"not like the picture""not as imagining"or just "not satisfied". If you decide to return goods for that reasons, please use the manufacturer's original package to return all the goods you received and pay for the return shipping fee.
When we received the product, we will give you a partial refund.

Please choose ORDINARY MAIL to send all the return goods to us.
Returns authorized by inesun.com for reasons the customer will pay all transportation costs associated with the return, including taxes, customs and duties, if applicable. For 7-Days Return and Full Refund Guarantee, we only pay for the return shipping fee.
